Shipping policy

All HURON orders ship from our warehouse in Champaign, Illinois.

Shipping rates

Order subtotal	Shipping
Under $35	$6.95 flat rate (Standard)
$35 or more	Free (Standard)

The subtotal is the value of the products in your cart before tax. We offer one service, Standard shipping.

Carrier

We ship with UPS. We do not currently ship by USPS.

Processing time

Orders placed by 10:00 am Central Time on a business day (Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays) usually ship within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends, or on holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery time

Once shipped, Standard orders typically arrive in 1-5 business days within the contiguous United States. Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

When your order ships, you'll receive an email with your UPS tracking number.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the contiguous United States only. We do not yet ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide a street address.

We do not ship internationally at this time.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away at support@huronas.com; we can correct it if the order has not shipped. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we can reship it at your cost or refund the order less the original shipping.

Damaged or lost shipments

Sales tax

Sales tax is calculated at checkout and collected where required, in the states where Huron Applied Sciences is registered to collect it.
